We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dry Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in our supply chain, ensuring the accurate picking, assembly, and preparation of dry goods for outbound delivery.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dry Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods by accurately picking, assembling, and preparing dry products for outbound delivery. Beyond order fulfillment, you will play a vital role in overall warehouse health, including material handling and equipment operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a physically active, hands-on environment. While previous warehouse experience is an asset, we prioritize a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented mindset—we are fully prepared to train the right candidate.

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
  • Availability for occasional Saturday shifts is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Accurately pick and pack dry goods according to packing slips and internal procedures.
  • Inventory Support: Receive and verify incoming stock; ensure items are properly sorted, replenished, and stored.
  • Logistics Flow: Support shipping, freight handling, returns processing, and customer pickup areas.
  • Safe Operations: Assist in unloading trailers/trucks and maintain a clean, organized work environment in adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Capability: Able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
  • Reliable transportation to accommodate the 5:00 AM start time.

Assets/ Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience with warehouse equipment (Forklift/Reach Truck).
  • Multilingualism: Abilities in Cantonese or Mandarin are considered an asset to support team communication in our diverse workplace; however, this is not a requirement and will not impact hiring decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Expected Gross Hourly Wage: $18.66 -$24.95
